There’s a gap between how good your work is and how well it’s known.
That gap costs you opportunities. I close it.
Ten years building strategy for global brands at GTB (part of Ogilvy and WPP), Publicis and We Are Social. Then a YouTube channel and a LinkedIn following, both grown organically from zero.

The opportunities you never hear about.
- The investor who never took the meeting.
- The customer who went with a competitor they’d heard of.
- The journalist who quoted someone with a weaker product.
- The partnership that went to a founder with a bigger platform.
- The conference that invited somebody else to speak.
You rarely find out about any of them.
Most founders I work with are exceptional at what they do and unknown outside their immediate circle. Their LinkedIn hasn’t been touched in months. When they do post, it feels like talking into an empty room, so they stop.
What I do
Diagnosis first. Then a clear direction.
I analyse.
Your current presence, and the companies competing with you for the same attention. Where it’s going, and why it isn’t coming to you.
I diagnose.
One bottleneck, named clearly. Not a list of twenty things you should be doing differently.
I give you a direction.
What you should be known for, three content pillars, and one priority platform to focus on.
Work together
Two ways to work together
Visibility Audit
€450
I look at your current presence and the companies competing with you for the same attention. We spend 90 minutes together. You get a written diagnosis: what’s holding your visibility back, what you should be known for, and where to focus.
You leave with a clear answer whether or not we work together again.

Ongoing strategy and content direction over three months, working through it together. Positioning, direction, and feedback on everything you write in between.
Every situation is different, so this isn’t a fixed package. Let’s have a 30-minute call and work out what would actually help.

I’ve done this on both sides.
For ten years I built strategy for global brands inside agencies, at GTB (part of Ogilvy and WPP), Publicis and We Are Social. The work companies pay six figures for.
Then I built my own. A YouTube channel and a LinkedIn following, both grown organically from zero.
Most people advising founders on visibility have done one of those two things. The agency people have never built anything of their own. The creators have never worked inside real strategy or real data.
I’ve done both, which means I can tell you what actually moves and what only looks like it does.
About
I’m Ulrike. German, based in Sweden, and I’ve spent my career working out why some people get heard and others don’t.
I also co-founded FoundHers Network, a community for early-stage female founders, which is where I see the same pattern again and again. Brilliant people building serious things, entirely invisible to the people who need to find them.
I’m not interested in helping you post more often. I’m interested in the right people knowing who you are.
Questions
Questions
I barely have time to run the company. Can I realistically do this?
The direction is built around your actual capacity, not an ideal one. For most founders that’s two posts a week. If you can’t sustain that, we design something you can.
Do you write the content for me?
No. Your voice and your expertise are the entire asset, and outsourcing them is why most founder content sounds like nobody. I direct, edit and keep you consistent. You write.
Does this work if I’m not on LinkedIn much?
That’s usually the starting point. Most people come to me with a dormant profile and no idea what they’d say.
What if I only want the audit?
That’s fine, and it’s how most people start. The audit stands on its own.
Start with a diagnosis.
Before anything else, I look at what you’re doing now and what’s working for the companies competing with you for the same attention. You get a written diagnosis and a clear direction.
